Industrial & Commercial Utility Battery

Industrial and commercial utility battery packs are designed to meet the power needs of various applications within industrial and commercial environments. Here’s a simplified list of their key uses:

  •  **Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)**: Backup power for critical systems during outages.
  •  **Electric Forklifts**: Energy for lifting and moving materials.
  •  **Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)**: Power for warehouse and manufacturing automation.
  •  **Solar Energy Storage**: Storing energy from solar panels for later use.
  •  **Energy Storage Systems (ESS)**: Storing and managing energy in grid-connected and off-grid systems.
  •  **Power Tools**: Energy for battery-operated industrial tools and machinery.
  •  **Data Center Backup**: Power for data centers to ensure continuous operation.
  •  **Industrial Robots**: Energy for robots used in manufacturing and processing.
  • Li-Ion batteries are Hazardous be cautious while using/handling.
  • Li-Ion batteries have high energy and power density and are explosive in nature.
  • Misusing/mishandling the battery may cause the battery to get hot, explode, or ignite and can cause serious injury.
  • No protection circuit installed.
  • Make sure to use battery strictly within the operating limits defined by the manufacturer.
  • Do not place battery near fire or source of heat.
  • Do not expose the battery to Water / rain or any other liquid.
  • Do not connect the positive and negative terminal (Short Circuit) of the battery pack.
  • Make sure that the battery terminals are covered or protected against the short circuit.
  • Check the positive and negative terminal polarity before connecting the battery with the application / device. Do not connect with Reverse Polarity.
  • Do not overcharge/discharge the battery, make sure to use the correct rating charger.
  • Do not Use the Lipo Battery Charger.
  • Do not open, disassemble or modify the supplied battery pack in any way, in case of any issue contact the supplier/ manufacturer.
  • Do not penetrate the battery with nails, strike the battery with a hammer, step on the battery, or otherwise subject it to strong impacts or shocks.
  • Do not throw the battery in trash. Recycle or dispose of in accordance to the local regulations. If battery pack not in regular use than please charge it once in every 30 days.
